• Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
• Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
• Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
• Completes daily picks, where necessary. Completes tasks of post pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards and ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for next day.
