I'm a communications and engagement specialist with 10 years of experience and a niche in strategic planning and creative skills (i.e. video production). Primarily a public service work background within several different Ministries in Canada and New Zealand. Currently based in Edmonton, Alberta but have work experience in Manitoba, Ontario and Wellington, New Zealand.

Specialized in communications and engagement work, specifically strategic communications and engagement planning. Worked in the public service since 2010 in various positions and with various Ministries. Last position in the Canadian public service was an IS-05 Senior Communications Advisor at Indigenous Services Canada in 2019 in Ottawa, Canada.

Last position in the New Zealand public service was a Senior Engagement Advisor hourly rate contract at the Ministry for the Environment. I have strong writing, oral and strategic critical thinking skills, as well as general comms experience (drafting products, writing for web, some media relations, event management, Ministerial Liaison and internal communications). I also have skills in design, video production, editing and photography,

4 Year Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric, Writing and Communications from the University of Winnipeg.
