- Attend weekly psychiatric clinic with contract psychiatrist for mental health assessments, discharge planning, medication reviews
- Knowledge of psychotropic medications, mental health diagnoses, and the DSMV
- Working collaboratively with the Warden, Correctional Managers, Healthcare Nurses and Correctional officers for best possible outcomes for the offenders including transfers to other correctional facilities, crisis intervention, negotiations, medical emergencies, and brief focused counselling services
