- During my time in this position, I provided counter meal service while knowing the dietary habits and preferences of each nun. My main objective was to offer them impeccable and personalized service at every meal in order to maintain our relationship of trust.
- I also provided table-side meal service as well as the upkeep of a cafeteria-style dining room, while respecting the personalized requests, intolerances, and allergies of each nun. I also have experience in setting up dessert trays, portioning food, maintaining the kitchen, and assisting the cook.
- I also have experience in inventory management as well as restocking.
- I was also able to assemble trays delivered to rooms, prepare a salad bar, and occasionally handle dishwashing.

- In this position, I was able to perform administrative tasks, record the arrivals and departures of residents, answer and transfer calls between staff, management, and the nuns. I also answered visitors' questions, managed shift replacements, and responded to emails.

- During my time in this position, I learned to manage transactions using the cash register (POS) and process customer payments. I was able to develop my listening and organizational skills by taking personalized orders, while remaining courteous and professional.
- My main tasks were: daily cleaning of my workspace in accordance with established hygiene and sanitation standards, opening and closing the restaurant, preparing and setting up food for the following day, and managing inventory. I was also a trainer for new employees.
