I have attained a great deal of petrochemical-based experience working for a refinery in Sarnia for my career. I have a passion for trouble-shooting process operations and optimization. I am currently working in the area of R&D but most of my career has been interfacing with the process teams to support the refinery operations
Ultimately, I am looking for a position in the area of Process Engineering
I have worked at a refinery in Sarnia for my entire career, holding the following positions: Refining Support; Process Engineer (Hydrocracker, Atmospheric/Vacuum Pipestill/Lube Plant/Offsites); Energy Specialist; Site Economist; Program Lead Lubricant Manufacturing.
The most relevant education for this application: I graduated from the University of Western Ontario at the top of my class (B. ESc) and subsequently attained a Master's in Engineering.
Early in my training, I also attained a Diploma from Lambton College in Chemical Engineering Technology--also graduating at the top of my class. After graduating from college, I worked in the R&D facility in the Analytical Department, before returning to school to update my education.
