Lauren Abrahart

I am very interested in everything there is to know about healthy living and becoming your best self. I have been a highland dancer for more than fifteen years and understand the value of perseverance and teamwork. I appreciate both helping and learning from others. I enjoy learning from others and applying that knowledge to become a better person.
