I am a positive, compassionate and dependable mom of two teenagers. I love to take care of others. I am a quick learner and willing to update with any courses needed to help me do the job better. I love children and caring for them. I have held many different jobs that I believe assist me in being well rounded to understand all ways in caring for the needs of others. I used to do cleaning as well and understand the importance of sanitizing - I have my food handlers certificate.

I have had many experiences working with children for the last 25 years. I have worked in daycare settings, as a camp counsellor, doing respite for children with complex needs and I had my own home daycare and have taken the food handlers course. I am confident I have the skills required to do the job. As well as raising my own 2 teenagers, I know and understand how important proper nutrition is for little ones. I can make meals and snacks that are nutritious and follow the food guide.
