I have four years experience with writing and researching market and feasibility studies for income producing real estate from when I worked for The Chambers Group and Property Counselors in Seattle. The Chambers Group conducted market, valuation and feasibility studies for hospitality real estate and Property Counselors provided consulting for residential and retail developments.
