My career has been built on a foundation of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, with a strong track record in capital planning, preventative maintenance, vendor management, and infrastructure modernization.

I’ve led multi-site teams, delivered capital projects exceeding $5 million, and implemented scalable SOPs that improved service consistency and reduced inefficiencies by more than 20%. I take pride in creating safe, efficient, and tenant-focused environments while supporting long-term asset performance and regulatory compliance.

Throughout my career — from Amacon and Devon Properties to UBC Properties Trust and Belmont — I’ve developed a reputation for operational excellence, collaborative leadership, and thoughtful stewardship. With certifications in property management, real property analysis, and safety compliance, I bring both strategic insight and practical depth to every role I take on.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Langara College, which laid the foundation for my business and financial acumen. Over the years, I’ve built on that with targeted certifications from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, including a Property Management Certificate and a Real Property Analyst Certificate — both of which deepened my expertise in asset performance, capital planning, and operational strategy.

I’m also licensed in Rental Property Management through the Real Estate Council of BC, and I maintain certifications in safety and compliance, including WHMIS, CPR, and Industrial First Aid. These credentials reflect my commitment to both professional development and operational excellence.
