Responsible for leading, managing & checking Piping/Mechanical As-building activities for the Horizon plant after the completion/installation of Sustaining Capital projects, maintenance work order or Major projects completed by various EPC companies. By sending it to our low-cost center (offshore) to process and then issue as-built drawings, (isometrics, Ga's, Vendor drawings, etc.) reflecting field conditions of the plant to Document control.
- Responsible for analyzing field markups, Turnover packages/Construction Work Package, RFI, field verification, laser scans and incorporate changes in as-built drawings, making sure it conforms with CNRL standards.
- Responsible & manage the updates of the 3D model of the plant to reflect as-built conditions.
- Extracted isometric drawings after and every model update of Horizon plant.
- Supporting the Operations engineering group in piping design (IFC) for sustaining capital / major projects & during Turn around/maintenance activities.
- Perform site visits whenever necessary for various work orders coming from operations engineering.
- Lead, manage & check the model conversion from PDS SIO to native S3D, checking the model & extracted isometrics from our low-cost center. All areas of Horizon plant, Mainly the DDA2, DDA3 (Dedicated Disposable Area) as well as the NRUTT major project.
- Really good in trouble shooting SP3D, PDS related issues encountered during isometric extraction.
- Answering inquiries from Document control in piping/mechanical related issues.
- Answering inquiries from OPS engineering, RFI, Model update or any piping related concern.
- Involved in implementation of Bolted joint tags in all U2 plants for all flanged connections.
- Manage the TML (Thickness Measurement Location) modeling for horizon plant that were identified by asset integrity group.

Joslyn North Mine Project, Fort McMurray, Alberta
- I am responsible for the design of piping layout and equipment modeling in the FSU (Froth Settling Unit) area as well as the VRU (Vapor Recovery Unit) area, during this FEED phase of the project.
- Created various drawings of detailed cuts of equipment, section and details in my area.
- I am also involved in designing the layout of various areas in Froth treatment plant during the initial stage of the project (SRU, Froth Storage Area, Pipe rack)
- Extracted Stress Isometric for all the critical lines ranging from size 36" to 10" for stress calculations in my area.

Responsible for the modeling of equipment such as water wash column, reformate splitter column, drums, heat exchanger, plate exchanger, vertical & horizontal pumps. Design the piping layout in the Reformate splitter area.
- Extracted isometric drawings of piping in all areas of the plant.
- Created GAs of piping perspective, section and details of the plant.
- Created piping perspective section and details of specific areas using Orthogen.
- Determined tie-in points as well as identified existing piping needed to be demolished and prepared isometric of it.
