• I have been given increasing responsibilities at Molopo Motors, such that I oversee the workshop and service technicians, as well as the entire service process from booking to ensuring the work is completed, including warranty and maintenance plan claims.
• I have instituted work processes to ensure timely and accurate submission of warranty related claims thus reducing factory rejections and increasing recovery of warranty and maintenance plan claims.
• In 4 years, I only had ONE claim rejected (US$15.00) out of an average of US$75,000.00 claims per month, i.e. 0% rejection rate.
• In addition, payments for factory claims are ALL up-to-date within ONE WEEK following the service completion.

Warranties Supervisor (promoted to Administration Manager) at Naledi Motors (2010-01 – 2013-01)

• During my time with Naledi, I was recognised for a high work ethic, resulting in my promotion to Admin Manager.

Prior to, and while working for Naledi Motors, I started and ran a family-owned liquor restaurant and fresh produce outlet in Ramotswa, which also provided corporate catering for selected clients. Senior Credit Controller at Barloworld Motor (2001-06 – 2004-12)

• At Barloworld I handled all credit control activities for all six (6) dealership brands.
• I was singularly responsible for decreasing the Groups' bad-debt to under 2% and maintained an otherwise clean debtors list which included government (CTO) and mining sector accounts.
