I am an industrious worker looking for employment in administration to benefit and grow in a great company. I am reliable and unique with exceptional communication skills in our community and within as a team player.
In my past I have been intstrumental in serving on boards to complete and open the first Crisis Pregnancy Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan. I have been accepted to a training program initialized by the vet to learn and work in his Vet Clinic (x-rays, lab work, assisting surgeries, etc). I have also served the public at a home for Domestic abuse, and with many agencies with clients with disabilities and cognitive challenges.
I am tactful, respectful, and optimistic in my communication with the public and community resources in Medicine Hat. Being flexible, knowledgeable, and open to advancements in technology has been beneficial in learning all the new upcoming programs companies have needed to install and manage.
One of my career objectives is to insure the completion of clear and objective records, update reports and other documentation. I have supervised and training up to fifteen staff on my caseload. One of my integrative characteristics is to be a team player and work hard to continue the services while there has been low staff or no staff, and to interview and hire staff as needed. I care about my work as well as the public and clients served.
I am dependable above all, and my unique ability to work with behavioural and cognitively challenged clients of all cultures and hardships has surpassed all expectations.
My children are successfully living on their own and therefore have available work hours.
I have completed my diploma for Child and Youth Care at the Medicine Hat College; including training with computer programs, psychology, and administrative duties.
