- Manage RD, CSSMC inbox: flag urgent emails, forward / task emails to appropriate manager / staff, archive tasked / completed emails, 'task' RD as required for follow-up on key emails.

- Arrange travel accommodations, book flights/rental vehicles for the RD and RMs as required.
- Arrange registration related to training and prepare and submit related forms for RD.
- Ensure administrative staffing documents are created in support of the RD or RMs as required.
- Prepare and maintain files and organize data.
- Plan, arrange, and manage logistics including videoconferencing, teleconferencing and meeting facilities related to on and off-site CSSMC staff / managers meetings.
- Prepare agendas, notify participants, compile information for meetings, record action items, distribute/post minutes, file and follow up on action items for timely completion (i.e. CSSMC Managers meetings, CSSMC all staff meetings). Agendas received at least 1 day prior to meetings with relevant information, records of decision and action results documented and distributed within one week. Create and file all official records.
