I did two HR internships—one at a technological company and another at a startup company—with the main focus on recruitment. I also gained some exposure in onboarding. In addition, I’ve had more than 2 years of customer service experience working at a beauty salon.

I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Honours) at Ryerson University.
