Currently completing my Doctoral degree in counselling. I have been working in the non profit sector with clients with substance use disorders mental health issues for 25 years.

Director/Founder, Unbroken Recovery 2014 – Present

• Established and founded unbroken recovery program (a non-profit organization offering CrossFit and fitness programs

• Lead all aspects of operations including fundraising, development of a board, implementation of programming.
• Build relationships with community partners to be able to offer the programs; allocate money accordingly.
• Exercise stewardship over human and financial resources.
• Work with board to make decisions and develop policies, while ensuring compliance with legislation.

• Monitor and support the training of case managers related to performance indicators based on delivery model, and 

• Develop and implement assessment tools; provide harm reduction case management services under the housing first

• Design and facilitate workshops for staff on trauma and boundaries, grief and on the Vicky Reynolds model.

• Designed and led groups workshops for people experiencing trauma, grief, substance use disorder; support them after
