Support brokers, firm employees or plan administrators when navigating our extranet platform;
Respond to requests made by policyholders, brokers and firm employees (documents, payments, forms, etc.);
Provide information on the status of applications for life insurance, disability and critical illness benefits;
Make changes to customer files, such as address changes;
Perform all other related tasks assumed by Customer Service.
