I wear a multi-hat role – working across user experience design, user experience writing, technical writing, digital design, project management, instructional design, graphic design and change management.

My Bachelor of Communication—majoring in Information Design—and a passion for instructional design and writing provided me with a platform for translating complex information—whether written or visual—into simple and user-focussed materials, whether that be technical guides, data visualizations, presentations, reports, digital walkthroughs, or other resources.

With over five years of experience producing user-centred outcomes in design, writing, and leadership positions, I wear a multi-hat role – working across user experience design, user experience writing, technical writing, digital design, project management, instructional design, graphic design, RFP management and change management. I have independently developed the company's end-user materials, designing and writing all documentation and digital content updates, including user guides, FAQs, handbooks, interactive guides, learning resources, and training videos. I have extensive experience working with subject matter experts, tech, and other team members to understand multi-user software and translate the necessary information and industry language into accessible and easy-to-understand user guides.

Moreover, I have produced front-end design and UX writing for software and app redesigns, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a knack for learning new software and technology.
