For the last 9 years, I have worked as English teacher, combined with 3 years of customer service and data entry in Canada, more specifically, as call centre agent for BOP services where my principal roles were: listen to the clients’ claims, accessing to their accounts, write their claims, send them through the internal system to the right department, and find out solutions for their claims. The information sent had to be accurate and concise in order to ease the other departments to response, satisfying both, the company and the clients.
