My name is Luke Herchuk and I'm the founder of FilmReel Studios. I'm a commercial videographer with 3+ years of experience serving in Metro Vancouver.

I produce promotional videos, product videos, and more. I'm committed to providing you with the highest quality product in a timely manner. At 9 years old I bought my first camera and started making movies around the house with my brothers. I didn't think I would be able to shoot anything "professional." It wasn't until I was 14 that I started taking things more seriously. I made my first short film and continued improving my skills leading up to starting my videography business at 16. Owner and founder of FilmReel Studios in Surrey since 2019. Producing promotional videos for local companies. I plan, shoot, and edit videos that fit each company's identity.

Worked at Creation Point Ministries as a video producer on contract from 2020 to the present. There I helped with various things including planning video shoots, editing short films, and managing their social media accounts.

Directed and produced over 6 short films for myself, including having to raise over 7k for 2 of them from crowdfunding. I planned and coordinated all of the filming, including the hiring of the crew, the casting of the actors, and securing the locations. I also did all of the editing for each of my short films.

Tomorrow's Filmmakers online film school - 2018-2022. Self-paced online film school where I learned all of the fundamental aspects of filmmaking, including cinematography, editing, lighting, sound design, cameras, and so much more.
