The Project Coordinator supported the Email Transformation Initiative for Informatics Services Management Division (IMSD) of Health Canada. IMSD uses Lotus Notes email and the Microsoft Office suite to create and maintain project documents (Word 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010, and Visio 2010) and LAN shared drives. The project team uses online meeting tool WebEx and teleconference for its meetings as project members are located across the country.
The project coordinator resources are required to be highly familiar and experienced with the tools mentioned above to fulfil duties.
