Event Planner, Bartender, Lounge Server

Hello my name is Maddie Sedore and I'm interested in a server or bottle service position. I have lots of experience working in the hospitality industry from working as a server, bartender and front of house supervisor, I have now had countless experiences to draw upon from working in the hospitality industry. I have bartended now for almost 2 years at various high volume places such as Famoso and Moxies. While working at Moxies I was a lounge server and quickly progressed to a bar tender as I am a fast learner with a can-do attitude. At Famoso I was the head server and front of house supervisor, meaning I helped train a lot of our employees and acted as a manager on duty a few nights a week. I am used to working in fast paced environments and busy restaurants and bars do not phase me as I thrive off of these kinds of environments. I am outgoing, customer service oriented and a team player. Through serving, I have had many opportunities to practice providing quality care to all my customers while building a rapport with bar regulars. I have always maintained high customer satisfaction, reached sales goals and kept a high tip percentage at all my restaurant jobs. More recently, I have worked as a catering manager with a hospitality company at St. Jerome's University. This job has taught me the importance of time management, efficiency, communication and attention to detail, all of which are skills I think would benefit me in a position such as this one. I am passionate about the hospitality industry and would love to work at one of Canadas leading hospitality companies. If you are interested, I would love to come in and interview for the position.
