Where I worked in the summer with living merchandise, counting stock, problem solving and adjusting to every unique interaction between customers with what they are looking for.

Opening and closing procedures with drive-thru experience. Problem solving in a fast pace environment and providing the best customer service during the fast pace times and also the slower pace times. Ensuring every interaction is happy, and cheerful.

Where I would balance general office assistance, making appointments and assisting the doctors and nurses in the office to ensure a smooth working environment. Learning a new computer program used by the office, being able to find tools I need and filling in important sections for the doctor.

While a seasonal position, I would work hard at where I worked. Working in several different locations in a week, with cash experience and greeting guests. Handling different scenarios with great respect and making every encounter end on a good note.
