Experience
LEAD ESTIMATOR & PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR at PRE-CON LIMITED (2019-07 – Present)
- Find Tenders, take inquiries for GC's, take-off precast items, concrete, steel, embeds, Wood, Finish etc.
- Get Subcontractor pricing for raw materials & freight
- Submit quotation, execute – order material after award, quality checks, arrange shipping, handover.
- Order material, keep track of project, planning scheduling & deliver as per site demand
- AutoCAD drawings prepare and submit 2D/3D for some misc. items and standard items
- Find install challenges, provide solution with install schedule, Prepare Precast Drawing for wood opening.
- Mix design prepare - submit and gather Quality documents
- Assuring for key projects do quality checks, pre & post pour reports, find repair process
- Submit procedure - get approval and execute repair process or reject element to re-cast.
- Handover QC documents package with warranty, test records & other requirements
- Maintaining CSA & CPCQA plant certification with procedures – documentation.
- Keep up ACI and PCI certified personnel for quality system
