Ph.D.-trained semiconductor process engineer with hands-on cleanroom experience in photolithography (optical and e-beam), thin-film deposition, and nanofabrication, complemented by four years of industrial process integration experience at UMC Singapore. Proven track record developing and optimizing fabrication processes for advanced devices, from doctoral research on graphene- and MoS2-based nanoelectronic and energy-harvesting devices to high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Skilled in DOE, SPC, FMEA, root-cause and failure analysis, and device characterization (SEM, AFM, KPFM, Raman, XRD).
Eager to bring this fabrication and lithography expertise to the development of quantum devices at NRC's Advanced Technology Fabrication facility.
