I'm seasoned Consumer Insights and Market Research Professional with over 12 years of experience spanning both supplier and client-side roles. Have led large-scale quantitative and qualitative research projects that have shaped brand strategy, product innovation, and marketing communication across diverse industries including Banking, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
My foundation in research was built at Kantar and IPSOS, where I handled clients like Unilever, L’Oréal, and Vodafone, managing end-to-end project delivery. These formative years as a researcher have helped me with a strong foundation. I have learnt everything from creating questionnaires , making impactful presentations, META analysis while working at supplier end.
Post working at Kantar I moved to , Unilever where I managed research across the innovation funnel for personal care brands for South Asia , SEA / Further I have delivered lot of impactful work using advanced analytical tools like 6P framework to guide brand performance decisions.
During covid period I transitioned to QSR and worked at McDonald’s as a key member of marketing team managing all insights and research related work . I managed brand health tracking, product tests, and segmentation studies, influencing marketing plans and innovation pipelines. I also partnered with the SEA regional team to share insights globally and align research initiatives with business objectives. I led key strategic projects like segmentation , menu architecture that were useful in long term planning. Further I played a key role in participating and facilitating workshops that were useful in planning of marketing campaigns
My last stint with Kotak Mahindra Bank, I spearheaded end-to-end research on product concepts, communication testing, and segmentation, leveraging methodologies like Brand Tracking, Conjoint, and Agile Research. I also got work on UI UX research , concept creation . Collaborated with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate insights into actionable strategies, while mentoring a team and fostering internal capability building.
ALongwith being an experienced research professional I 'm also very collaborative and skilled in SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, SPSS, and storytelling, I has been recognized with awards such as the MRSI Runner-up (2023) for research excellence and Kantar’s Quarterly Award for delivering impactful insights.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance & Marketing) from ITM Business School, Mumbai, India.
