•Hands-on experience in Medical and Surgical procedures including, oxygen therapy and basic life support, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, wound and ostomies care, infusion pumps and IV procedures, catheterization, and enema
•Confident in executing emergency codes according to institutional policies and procedures
•Experienced in caring of residents with dementia, end life illness and palliative
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Demonstrated ability to understand and follow instruction and procedures.
•Assessment, diagnose patient and create medical plan with the doctor and implement the plan.
•Work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
•Fast learner and able to work under pressure
•Honest, diligent, hardworking, assertive, and effective communication skills and client oriented
•Resourceful problem solver with the keen ability to analyze and identify needs and solutions.
•Good organizational skills for delivery and prioritizing services to client sensitive environments
•Efficient in dealing and resolving staffing issues such as sick calls, conflicts etc.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
