Manjot Kaur Sran

I am a full-time student enrolled in third year of BA (English). I have experience of working with a team and independent roles as well. My other skills include customer service, time management and supervisor responsibilities.

I have worked for Tim Hortons for last five years, both part time and full time. My responsibilities as a team member included receiving and preparing order while maintaining hygiene standards. As a supervisor, I worked towards daily and weekly goals of sales and transactions alongside training new team members. Additional duties included focusing on customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.

I have completed Associate of Science from Okanagan College.
