My name is Maria, I'm a Front-end developer specializing in JavaScript and React. Here's a little about me.
My education and work experience have provided me with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with databases, REST APIs, and responsive design. I am proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, Thymeleaf, Java, Node, Express, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, and Firebase.
I am also passionate about using technology to bring about environmental change, and I am enthusiastic about investing and understanding how the market works. In my spare time, I enjoy being a natural computer geek adventurer and exploring new technologies.
I've contributed to IT projects since 2021, starting as the person managing the website designers and software developers to create new websites based on the marketing plans that we created to go according to the brand objectives. After that, I started having the title of Website UI reviewer because I became very good at making sure sites look and work as it is expected and they don't "break" by incorrect use. I've worked in website development since mid-2021 after learning by myself how to code so I could work hand in hand with the expert developers in the website redesigns we were doing.
After starting in January 2022 I started my post-degree diploma in software development and I developed several programs by myself and was part of team projects making web applications in React, Android apps in Java, and eCommerce sites. All responsive websites handling data in the backend with cloud services like Firebase or SQLite for mobile apps
