One of my core values as a Technical Design Engineer at MBCC Group is customer satisfaction. I provide technical and logistical support to the sales team throughout the sales process for the Expansion Control System segment in the Middle East, West Asia, CIS, and Africa regions. I design and develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits, and contribute to the development of technical proposals and quotations.

I have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU). I have experience with structural design of all construction elements, using advanced modeling tools such as ETABS, SAFE, PROKON, SAP 2000, and STAAD Pro, following the ACI and BS codes. I also have excellent familiarity with building design specifications and codes, understanding of seismic behavior of structures, and exceptional AutoCAD abilities.

I have worked on various projects, such as designing underground water tanks, foundation systems, and steel structures, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. I have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving, positive attitude, and teamwork skills. I am always eager to learn new skills and accept new and varied challenges.
