Education Bachelor of Arts Psychology Wilfrid Laurier University Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my application! My name is Mariah and I am 24 years old from Toronto, Canada. I am currently working in a elementary school in the special education program. Back in 2020, during the pandemic, I started to build my instagram page just for fun, but then I started to grow and began to work with brands such as Talentless, Mejuri, 437, Lounge Underwear, and Princess Polly to name a few. Once the lockdowns ended and I had to go back to work I unfortunately never had the time to continue growing my page.

I love the job I am currently at, as I have a deep love for special education but it doesn't fulfill my need for creativity. For the past year I have been craving a creative outlet where I could design beautiful and aesthetically pleasing goods. Unsure with what I wanted to do, I decided to make a list of all the things I loved when it came to my personal style. With my love for minimalist and dainty jewelry I was instantly inspired. I decided to create my own jewelry brand, Mariah Noelle Jewelry. Building my brand and its social channels has been so much fun and so rewarding doing it all on my own. I always thought I loved being the micro influencers posting content for brands but I've found I love being the person behind the brand, curating the socials, and reaching out to others inquiring about collaborations. So far I have collaborated with influencers like @yuliyacalister, @rachel.passarelli, and @vanessatiiu.
