As a professional in Hospitality and Catering industry for nearly 12 years, I have developed, through my varied experience in high-end establishments, skills in hospitality, catering and events management.
During my last job, I had the opportunity to participate in the opening of a Chateau Bed and Breakfast in Occitanie, South of France. We created and organized from scratch the entire structure and internal organization of the establishment (10 rooms and two eco-lodges) with a small event department (weddings, seminars, brunches).
Being independent and flexible, my varied experience and skills adapt to small hospitality establishments, focused on high-end services. My goal is to open and manage my own B&B in the future.
