• More than (5) Five years of in-depth experience in AP full cycle, bookkeeping, finance and more than (6) years of in-depth experience in administration, billing and payroll computation, data entry & compensation benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting holder and completed Strategic Management in Accounting here in Canada.
• Verifiable knowledge in invoice & billing processing, cash receipt and automate vendor payment procedures, bank reconciliation and financial report preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Google Drive, PowerPoint, Access Google Suite & Outlook)
• Expert in QuickBooks Desktop, UBS and Xero Accounting Software, knowledgeable in SAGE and SAP systems

• Good grasp of the full accounting process of GAAP and bookkeeping from journalizing, posting, preparing of trial balance, adjusting entries, closing entries and reversing entries, including processing of AR collection and AP invoices and payments.
• Excellent team player and work independently with multi-trade contractors, multi-cultural vendors, tenants with minimal supervision and maintained positive relations to vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, communication skills and organizing skills while can do multi-tasks.
• Accounts Payable data management which includes policies, reconciliation of PO details with invoice documents, maintaining filing systems and preparing aged A/P listing to initiate payments procedures.
