Following a two-year period renovating my property in Bulgaria, I returned to the UK and now work as a Site Supervisor. My previous role was Senior Site Operative for Springwell Academy Leeds, where I worked across multiple sites and developed strong skills in maintenance, facilities management, health and safety, and contractor supervision. I am currently seeking full-time employment to complement my existing commitments while continuing to utilise my practical and organisational skills.

Site Supervisor at Eastern Multi Academy Trust (2022-01 – Present)

I undertake a wide range of routine maintenance, repair, and semi-skilled trade tasks, using tools, equipment, plant, and materials safely and effectively. I organise and prioritise workloads to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, working independently to resolve problems and respond flexibly to changing operational demands. I use digital systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to maintain records and support site operations.

I ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, including COSHH regulations, risk assessments, and safe working practices across the site.

Before I left for Bulgaria in 2020, I worked at Wellspring Academy Trust as a Senior Site Operative for their Leeds Schools. My contract started in the beginning of January 2017.

Facilities Assistant/Facilities Manager at Leeds City Council (2015-01 – 2016-12)

I was employed by Leeds City Council prior to Wellspring Academy Trust throughout 2015-2016, working on various schools in the district and being trained on the everyday tasks and challenges faced being a Facilities Manager. I worked as a permanent casual employee to work around my studies and full time during the holidays. Similar to my current role, LCC provided me with experience in becoming a facilities assistant.

General Operative at Stafflex Recruitment Agency (2013-01 – 2015-12)

Prior to Leeds City Council, I was employed by Stafflex through 2013-2015. I carried out various manual handling and general operative work at organisations such as Thornton & Ross laboratory's, Lowdhams Caravan Park and Outdoor Leisure, Texfelt manufacturing and Screen-print productions. I was working part time in between my college studies.
