Currently I am a production supervisor within the food industry. I have strong work ethics and communication skills. Working safely and meeting production requirements and goals.

I lead a team of 52 employees , communicating production change overs and overseeing product quality ,doing behavior based safety observations are apart of my daily tasks.

I have the ability to adapt quickly and willing to learn and accept new challenges.

I am passionate about quality family time,hunting,fishing.
