• Review the customer's concerns about the air conditioning or heating ventilation issue, assess the problem, and resolve it.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems for heavy-duty vehicles, commercial vans, and residential including cooler and freezer vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting in vehicles heating units using specialized software and laptops equipped with heating system diagnostic tools.
