Implementation of Zoom external calling on 8 sites in Canada, replacing existing Skype system. Upgrade of Media Packs, deployment of ZOOM ZPLS devices, decommission of Skype Infrastructure including Servers, Gateways, and Voice Circuits. Migration of Skype configuration over to Zoom. Decommission of on-site Skype devices, desk phones, poly-com, faxes, etc. Strong Change Management with end users. Management of Change to avoid down time on emergency and security numbers. Infrastructure decommission lead for all other sites outside Canada.
- VOICE CIRCUIT RATIONALIZATION | USD 0.7M | 2022-04 to 2023-08
Rationalization of global Voice Circuits done through full audit over vendor invoices. Revalidation of circuits gathering confirmation from Business and technical teams worldwide distributed. Issued infrastructure circuits disconnects and contract negotiation with vendors on required circuits.

Enablement project as Proof of Concept to migrate Data Center on-premise server to EC2 AWS as an IaaS Cloud solution. Migrated 85 servers (Windows and Linux) running 25 applications. Worked closely with two vendors, IT Infrastructure organization and different application support teams.

Replaced 3.5K Servers running Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft SQL 2012 impacting 400 applications, migrating them to Windows Sever 2019. Cybersecurity driven project. Server build process. Servers distributed worldwide.

Implemented Open Source Java Runtime to replace Oracle Java on 5k servers distributed worldwide, impacting 800 applications. Cybersecurity driven project. Adapted project solution to address drastic budget reduction and complete scope. Challenging project due to strong push back from applications owners to change.
