Cut and trim the meat like Karubi, Shoulder and Loin cub.
Separate the good quality of the meat.
Bagging the meat like Ham, 3pc Shoulder, Karubi, Shank meat and Tenderloin.
Wrap the Backribs and Sideribs but sometimes we must box these bones it depends on the order of the costumer.
Box and labeling the meat to finish the product.

Make a report of the Daily Customer Collection and the Active Customer Collection so that our Manager and Supervisor knows about the overdue date of each Customer/ Loaners.
Make a daily Time- In and Time- Out.
