My previous job was in the field of operations. Most of my experience are in the field of marketing and designing ways to improve and hit target sales of the operations, and hitting a target sales includes the big role of customer service. I believe that if the customer is satisfied with your stores service and assistance then it will be a pandemic, words spreads quickly. and in the stressful reality that we are in, the best thing to unwind is a healthy environment.
