• Physical intervention training with residents that have dementia.
• Personal hygiene care for residents including bathing and toileting.
• Utilized Sara lift chair and Broda chair, repositioning slings, Overhead lifts and transfer belt.
• Recording all medical documentation on care provided on resident's charts.
• All duties provided with the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.
