Order Management / Inventory Co-ordinator – Bacardi Canada Inc

Work process using SAP System:

• Responsible for overall inventory management, accuracy, and reconciliation in SAP, 3PL distribution centers systems.
• Perform regular inventory checks/cycle counts and update inventory adjustments in SAP.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances and address excess inventory through transfers or adjustments.
• Acknowledge liquor board orders and enter into SAP.
• Perform daily ATP, “Available to Promise” check in SAP, for product availability.
• Check for inventory availability and create Purchase orders/STOs for required products.
• Creation and Management of product level forecasts, KPI Tracking.
