I have large-scale experience in customer service, Sales and marketing, and Bank operation. Talking to people and helping them find what they want is an activity I enjoy, so it has long been a goal of mine to work in various departments and share my experience to achieve great results.

I have worked in customer service sector, sales, and marketing and Bank operations for many years. I have built strong relationships with customers, managed accounts, and helped to grow the business.

During my career in various rolls, I have developed many key skills, including a broad knowledge of computer applications, accounting software, communication, leadership, and critical thinking. My communication skills allow me to listen carefully to customers, determine their needs, and find a solution that can make them happy. I believe this can serve me well in any related customer-oriented environment.
