30 years old, been in retail most of my life, finished a Cyber Security course in June with honors. Looking to move into a role within this field.
I have held various roles in customer service and management.
March 2023, I have been working as a Dispatcher at Valley Eats in Pembroke, Ontario, where I handle calls, modify orders, provide customer service, and offer tech support for the app. Previously, I worked as a Service Supervisor at Staples in Pembroke, Ontario, from March 2018 to October 2020. In this role, I organized work, coordinated operations across departments, managed financial operations, and resolved escalated customer concerns.
Before that, I served as a Manager at Dominos in Petawawa, Ontario, from August 2015 to March 2018. There, I coached team members, ensured facility cleanliness and safety, managed labor, sales, and inventory, and developed strategies to meet sales objectives within budget.
Attended Willis College in Ottawa Ontario Completing a Cyber Security course in June of 2024 with honors.
