I am a determined, honorable, and ethically driven person. I have had 27 years of Restaurant experience, and spent the last year in sales. I am able to connect with people, and foster professional relationships. I have worked hard to develop a good reputation in the culinary world. I have built that reputation on trust, honesty, and integrity.

I have 27 years of Restaurant experience, 7 years of that was working as a chef. I also have done Catering as a side business, which I have 12 years of experience. I also have 2 years of Culinary Instruction experience.

The last year I worked as a Sales Rep for Minhas Sask. I was able to expand my territory, adding on 27 new clients. I also worked at growing the business of many of our clients. Average sales to my clients increased by 50% over the course of the year.

I have a diploma in New Media Communications from SIAST. I also attended U of R where I studied Anthropology and Film.
