I'm Matthieu and I'm 30 years old and I have 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Currently, I'm looking for a new challenge since I recently moved to Montreal, Canada.

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and negotiating offers
• Hiring for technical and non-technical roles (technology, HR, sales, etc.)
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Responsible for building and following-up of a portfolio of IT consultants
• Additional activities include performance reviews, coaching and resolving issues
• Contract negotiations and renewals with clients
• Participation in job days and networking events
