Senior Creative Video Producer 2021-2022

Acted as the producer and project manager of online image pages of the fashion magazine
Initiated creative rebranding by developing and updating brand’s social media presence to align with current online trends, while keeping the overall objective and message of the brand intact
Managed and increased presence of the brand in the cultural scene in the local and international market and introducing creative video formats in the media space in the objective of the brand

RT International Television Network| Moscow, Russia

Developed and implemented into existing newsroom structure a web video production pipeline for network’s social media pages, resulted in a substantial increase in the number of subscribers: achieved 1 million subscribers in under 12 months
Operated efficiently in a fast-paced ‘newsroom’ environment: Tracked news/trends utilizing Google Analytics in the international media space in objective of the network; Emailing, Tweeting, calling and interviewing in pursuit of the breaking content item or viral trend
Developed and produced audio formats, such as podcasts, music collaborative projects with major recording labels, for network’s social media presence; brought additional audience and increased traffic.

Rotoscoping Digital Artist/Compositor 2015

Acted as the Team Lead for VFX conversion from 2D to 3D; responsible for the quality control of scenes and shots, assigning shots to specific artists based on the various criteria and maintaining a cohesive creative direction among the team.
Utilized strong team collaboration and time-management skills to rotoscope various elements of the shot in conjunction with other departments to meet deadlines.
Facilitated and participated in frequent online/in-person meetings with other team leads to track progress, assess issues and determine best solutions to deliver a strong final product.

Tracked various elements of the shot and utilized Green Screen and puppet rig digital removal for seamless motion design.
Creation of various special effects, camera movements, shot background to result in seamless environment of the composite/shot.
