I have several years of technical writing experience authoring, editing, and publishing an array of technical documents in collaboration with the engineers and SMEs. Examples of such documents include, but not limited to, CPI, SPI, DPI, SOPs, and processes.

In addition to technical writing, I have certificates in instructional design and information architecture. I am well versed in the technical communication technologies, single source publishing, dynamic release management and agile development.

My previous work experience also includes proposal writing, several years of teaching and instructions, English-Arabic translation, quality assurance, and program evaluation.

My prior experience covers various industries such as oil and gas, energy and telecom both SW and HW documentation.
