My education includes a business administration diploma and a carpentry diploma. Although not directly relevant to restaurant work, I have worked for years in restaurant, banquet halls and occasional catering events. I have also worked in retail and back of house positions in restaurants including prep, fry and salad stations, and a small amount of line cooking which has given me knowledge and better understanding and communication with fellow workers.
