• Purified intermediates and final products using crystallization technique, trituration, silica gel flash column, C-18 column and gel permeable column.
• Developed analytical methodologies for quantifying impurities in intermediates and final products.
• Characterized compounds by NMR (1H, 13C, COSY, HSQC), MS, HPLC, and FTIR. Used to operate NMR machines (700/600/500 MHzs), HPLC (water 600) and Mass spectrometer.
