Hi, my name is Meaghan McDonnell. I have just completed my advanced diploma in Business Administration Human Resources, with 2 years of experience in administrative roles and customer service.
My Work experience includes providing administrative support at the University of Toronto, where I delivered customer service and assisted with event logistics. I have also experience in front desk administration at St. Albert Catholic Elementary School, managing communications and ensuring safety. My customer service skills are further demonstrated through my role as a cashier at Moore’s Your Independent Grocer, handling transactions and addressing customer inquiries, and my volunteer experience at Seven Oaks Long Term Care Home, where I managed the gift shop and prepared food.
Throughout my studies at Centennial College, I have actively engaged in various projects that highlight my leadership and teamwork abilities. These include leading a Labour Relations project, where I utilized research and problem-solving skills to analyze case precedents, and a Marketing Pet Pulse project, where I demonstrated innovation and strategic thinking in developing a marketing plan and presentation. Additionally, I led a Health and Safety project, showcasing my legal research, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
