Meenakshi Rattan

Hello everyone, my name is Meenakshi Rattan and I’m based in Barrie, Ontario. I have an academic background in biotechnology and health sciences, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and additional studies from Conestoga College.

I have over four years of experience working in microbiology and quality assurance roles in regulated laboratory and manufacturing environments. I previously worked as a Food Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Bureau Veritas in Mississauga, where I performed microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and sample processing using aseptic techniques while following strict SOPs and data integrity practices.

I also worked as a QA/QC Technician and later as a Quality Control Coordinator, where I supported quality inspections, regulatory compliance, audit preparation, and corrective action processes. My experience has given me strong skills in quality management systems, documentation control, and maintaining high standards of product safety and compliance.

I’m particularly interested in microbiological quality control, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement in laboratory and manufacturing processes.

I am a microbiology and quality assurance professional with over four years of experience working in laboratory and regulated manufacturing environments.
